Description

  1. Whole machine structure: The main engine and power system are integrated, compact in appearance, 3m wide and 3.6m high, meeting domestic and foreign transportation regulations for convenient transportation.

    • The gearbox is front-mounted and the rotary drive sub is shortened to protect the drill rod thread, reducing damage and extending the drill rod's life.

    • Sunken design of the gear box improves its force under maximum push-pull force.
    • Floating design of the power head spindle fully protects the drill rod thread.
  4. Four-point patented technology clamp: Improves stiffness and strength of the structure. Compared to the three-point type, it has more cylinders, larger contact points, and a greater contact area. Clamping force and shackle torque are greatly improved, and on-site maintenance and replacement of vice jaw are convenient and fast.
  5. Auto rod loading mechanism: Patented, mature, and reliable technology with high automation, reducing labor intensity.
  6. Automatic drilling control system: Ensures constant torque drilling under set torque and push-pull force. Parameters are more accurately controlled via the computer, achieving overload protection of the drill pipe.
